Project MyStory
Student-to-Student Success Series
Our Dinner and Discussion Series (Student-to-Student Success Series) had to conclude early due to the COVID-19 crisis. Nevertheless, we are working on putting together content to keep you focused, motivated, inspired, and hopeful. These are difficult times, but summer is coming. There is a light and you are a part of that light.
About the Series
The Student-to-Student Success Series is a way for you to connect with other UAlbany students from all over the world to talk about how to navigate this new academic experience. These are not lectures, but conversations. Come to share, learn, and to enjoy some tasty snacks. This series is facilitated for all students, by students under the supervision of the Center for International Education and Global Strategy and A-Plus Tutoring and Academic Support.
Become a Volunteer
The Center for International Education and Global Strategy and A-Plus Tutoring and Academic Support are seeking a diverse group of student volunteers to coordinate the Project MyStory Student-to-Student panel discussions, serve on the panels, and/or serve as contributors to our blog series about academic success and preparing for the future. You may earn 1 to 3 Community and Public Service credits.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors who have studied at UAlbany for at least one full year.
- GPA Requirement for Panelists: 3.00 Cumulative G.P.A or higher.
